Cost is obviously higher than most other metal suppliers, however whenever any low volume or one off production orders come in, the staff are extremely helpful, even looking at other branches for inventory if they don't stock the part. I do wish they stocked more obscure sizes and grades of steel, but all in all we are very happy with Metal supermarkets (Don Mills and Scarborough) for the help over the years.
