You guys sell metal at amazing prices. I got a quote for some metal tubing, and when I came to pick it up apparently one piece was too short. Instead of doing anything to turn me away, I was offered a lower gauge metal for a lower overall price!

I am the Owner of 2nd Generation Mason LLC out of L.L.C. I had come up with an idea to customize one of my grinding tools for ergonomic use and had designed something didn't know where to go Take a chance then I went to Metal Fairfield and I had dealt with your professional sales Rep Darren and I gotta say it was one of the most professional experiences that I got to deal with I was a little embarrassed it was a project tiny He put me right at ease he said yes we do big contracts but of course what do you need He took me to the whole warehouse He very quickly went over the different metal types because I'm not overly familiar to quickly be able to learn the difference between cold roll steel stainless steel different types of aluminum the thicknesses tubing outer diameter inner diameter how to order he was extremely thorough and quick and highly informative Your entire staff is just extremely friendly highly attentive I mean I only spent like 300 bucks and if that's the service you get from just the small guys you guys are a winner in my book Thank you again Patrick

The true test of a company's "metal" ( no pun intended) is how they handle a problem when it arises. This was the first job going to Metal supermarket for us. From the first contact on the phone to quote to ordering I was very pleased how Angel dealt with us. His was not the lowest quote, but I wanted to work with him, he made a few adjustments. He got the order. The job was completed and delivered earlier than expected, but..... this is where the problem came in. The thick steel plates were cut to size, holes and knotches were good, but, the bottom cut edges were not ground and were sharp. This was something we specified NO SHARP EDGES. I contacted Angel and he was understanding, apologetic, willing to work something out. Admitting the error,and his handling of the problem was totally acceptable to us. I would very much like to continue using Angel Hernandez and METAL SUPERMARKETS in the future. Mari & Amy @ GUS SCHETTING WELDING
