Fast and friendly service. They go the extra mile and the products are of a good quality. It is very helpful to have this store here because we are prototyping new products in an R&D mode and needs come up often for small quantities of certain materials. They have always had what we needed in stock. Also, they will cut it to length which keeps us from buying 8 feet of something when we only need 16 inches!
