The process of ordering (as a new customer) was very quick and simple. Staff (Paul Hulme) was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the ordering process. I have only two issues for the whole process 1. Delay in receiving Stainless Steel plates, ordered on 19th March delivery was made on 27th March by DX 2. I have had no response to request made (31st March) for Stainless-Steel plate certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance for our records.

Great stock levels and sensible pricing. Always friendly and helpful. Whether you're an industrial fabricator or not the pricing seems pretty reasonable. Having been in the steel fab game for a while I was always skeptical about ordering steel from suppliers who sell direct to the public as they tend to think the public think steel costs considerably more than it does. I assume Metal Supermarket don't publish their prices online so as to remain competitive, which they are.
