The Product is metal. But what is the difference is the staffing. Everytime, I mean everytime... I call, & pick-up & call with questions. The staff are awesome. You might think I must be a family friend or buddy. Nothing could be farthest from the truth. Yet, that's how I'm treated when I walk in and give my name! The company need to keep this TEAM! Thanks, just a Retired Navy Guy.
