Their service was outstanding. The warm welcome, the tour, explanation of what is available, being able to be left alone to look around find items, pieces was a great experience. I went in looking for a couple things and because of the time to look around I have plans for three more projects that I will be back to purchase materials for. Excellent staff at the Saskatoon location. Very impressed.

It is easy to buy smaller items when I do not need or want to buy the entire sheet of material. If I only need a 2" x 2" x 6" piece its nice to be able to go in and get it and not have to buy the entire 20' stick of it or if its big enough the entire sheet which could costs thousands. When I only need a small piece and after using that small piece I would never use it again. The customer service is always great and everyone is always happy to see you. Its always a clean and happy environment.

I liked that the two guys had different advice. Was very helpful for problem solving. It’s hard to give an opinion about something without making someone feel dumb. But also, they were telling me there was only one way to do it. That is a lot more trustworthy.

As a sculptor, I go mostly go through the cutoff section looking for pieces required for specific projects. The majority of times I find something of an unusual shape or size I may in the future incorporate on other projects. You just cant pass those pieces up. The staff is polite and well informed in their field which means a lot to me.
