When I call to place an order I usually don’t know exactly what I need for a project. The staff in Kent are knowledgeable and very willing to help with type, grade, size and cutting options. I always go to metal supermarket 1st and never have to look elsewhere. One time I ordered 1” of 6” bar stock. It was ready the next morning. 😉

I was impressed by the quick quote response and what I think a fair price, followed by one day completion. The products I received were to my specifications, within .02”, which I think excellent, were cleanly cut and well packaged. I like the stuff and service but if I could suggest something that would be the ability of place an order including cutting out materials and be able to get them ready same day, that would be great!, almost every time I place an order even small I got to wait till next day. Other than that all good thanks.
