The Kent Metal Supermarkets store is almost always able to supply the material we need. We keep a pretty diverse inventory of material here in our shop but it's pretty common for us to get a request to produce a part for which we do not have the appropriate material. It's also pretty common for these jobs to be high priority. On these occasions I usually give Metal Supermarkets a call and they are able to have my order ready in a couple hours (or less) so I can pick the material up on my way home from work and be ready to get the job underway the next morning. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to provide us with our metal needs.

I needed to strengthen up my Airstream trailer frame and axle. They had a wide selection of materials to browse in their warehouse and I found what I needed. They also provided waterjet cutting services for the custom strengthening plates I designed. Front desk and warehouse staff were all friendly and helpful. Order and purchasing also went smoothly and my custom cut plates were delivered on time. I'll definitely shop there again.
