I came in with my 19-year-old son, who wanted some tube and bar stock for a small personal project he was going to start working on. The gentleman who helped us was extremely accommodating and did not make us feel embarrassed about wanting a few pieces. Told us we could buy just what we wanted (not more than we needed for the project) While the product wasn't inexpensive, you had what we needed, and the service was top-notch. It was very much like going to a traditional lumber yard or hardware store (that's a compliment!) My son is studying Mech. Engineering @ URI, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if your store received future visits from us!
