Customer service has been excellent and polite while taking RFP calls, then quickly generating and sending quotes, providing accurate lead times on non-stock materials, and same-day turnaround on almost all in-stock requests, even when multiple cuts were involved. Pickup is easy at the Warwick, RI location, and I can tell that they wipe off the cutting fluid before setting the material on the rack for pickup. I'm a small customer, but spread the word to anyone I know who needs some metal project material.
