The customer service is top notch. I had a machine down calling out for specific metal tubing and Wichita Supeemarkets got me the tubing with next day delivery. It really saved our company a lot of down time and the cost was much more affordable than other local vendors.

The employees were very helpful. I wanted a small piece of cat walk in cast aluminum. They did have some scraps, but I didn't think it would be helpful, so they said they'd check with some of their other locations to see if they had any that were larger. They didn't, but I did purchase the smaller one and it became a riser for the cinder blocks I was putting into a fountain reservoir. I wasn't a big product purchaser, yet they still treated me like I was going to purchase a huge amount of catwalk material. I was surprised at how nice they were!

What I liked was the fact that you listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then helped with suggested materials. You pummeled an online competition by providing this service, I was told to review their website and call back then they would price out what I found. You then pummeled them more with your price of suggested material. Finally, you obliterated them with the fact you cut my pieces to size the next day after I placed my order. I will definitely come back to you company the next time that I am in the market for metal. Thanks for the friendly service and fantastic pricing.
