I have only one experience with Metal Supermarket. The person taking my inquiry and then my order was very helpful and kept in touch with updates promptly. Sale was accomplished over the phone and the product was ready for pick-up as promised. Only one person at the desk for multiple customers at that time. Price is quite reasonable in my mind.
