If you need to be motivated by an excellent strength training group class, Method 3 comes with my highest recommendation. I was a beginner to strength training and the coaches eased me in to the wonderfully varied workouts. I love how each time the workout is changed up, and they provide you an option to make it harder or easier. I joined a year ago due to an osteoporosis diagnosis with a recommendation to start medication. I didn't take the medication route, I took the strength and nutrition change route. One year later after joining Method3, I'm in osteopenia. Amazing, right?!! I'll keep you posted if- WHEN- I get out of osteopenia.

My wife and I have been Method 3 fitness partners working under the same trainer now for almost a year. This commitment to a sustained 'wellness' effort was brought about as a result of a stroke. Under Yvonne's guidance and coaching we are seeing a noticeable improvement in Susie's abilities and stamina. Yes, slow going but for sure in a positive direction. Hasn't hurt me any either - we're both 77. This is a fun time 3 days a week to share in spending time together and work as a team at taking care of ourselves. Thank you Method 3 and Yvonne for being there for us.

The personal trainers are fantastic. They all have great personalities are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent critiquing can fit every lifestyle from young to old very community oriented. I would recommend them to anybody looking for excellent coaching.

Keith Lucitt is a fantastic trainer. He tailors exercises to my needs and abilities and constantly challenges me. It is always fun. Love the playlists of music during exercising.

Method3 is the best fitness experience I have had in decades. Not only do I feel like THEY are committed to making my fitness goals a success, but I find that I am more consistent than I have been in years. I love my trainer Justin. He makes me want to show up and get the work done. And the result speaks for itself - at 52 I can still ski with my expert 20 year old children, I can do water sports, I can climb mountains without injury, and I am not limited by my injuries from decades ago. It's worth every penny. Period.

I like the concept of a fitness community where we support each other in our goals and achievements. I like being accepted as I am and being part of the decision making process as to what goals we will work on. I have consistent in my fitness regime for two years which is a PR in and of itself in recent years.

I love the Coaches!!! Yvonne, Keith and Marcus each have their own style and humor and it makes working out enjoyable. Also, having coaches that can alter an exercise to account for an injury or issue is key.
