My husband and I have been members since 2014, and it has been life-changing. Sue and Keith have helped us through various challenges over the years, big and small. They are dedicated, so compassionate yet tough when needed, always have motivating words when we are down, and they always challenge us. Whatever we need on a particular day, they figure it out and deliver. Method3 is the best in the business.
I like the fitness business model. Options are limited (as in not overwhelming and diluted), focusing on what matters to me .. strength training with some cardio and some flexibility.
MF3 focuses on community building. Partners are seen and recognized and my value to the business is appreciated.
Like the smaller environment overall and class sizes.
Prefer the focus on the older adult.
All coaches have been pleasant and welcoming. Most coaches are enthusiastic and inspiring.
Most coaches seem sufficiently qualified. Some coaches are working on their confidence and skill of commanding a room, while also needing to be aware of each individual and coaching their form.
Like the ease of scheduling and canceling activities. I like that MF3 is even closed one day a week for the health of the staff.
I've never met Brenda, Partner Success Manager, but communications with her have been smooth, prompt and professional.
The options for training include personal SPT, or group classes, plus any specialized classes offered by the trainers.
The nutrition program was very helpful to me. I like the community service that Method 3 participates in, too.
The support of all the staff and their wealth of knowledge. Just a positive ,warm and friendly place to be.
It’s such a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel welcome and encouraged by the coaches and your workout partners. I’ve never loved working out so much anywhere. It’s magical and on top of that I’ve made new friendships!
I always HATED exercise Because it was too hard for me. Now I love my semi-weekly sessions with Coach Hollis. He knows exactly what to do to make the exercise sessions doable, challenging and resulting in positive changes. Another client, Marcie, and I asked Coach Hollis is we could exercise together because we're both the same age and have the same condition level. The only question I have is concerning recent Monday sessions when he invited a 3rd person to join our classes. I'm ok with the new person but think that my fees should be adjusted. Coach Hollis increased the session time from 30 to 45 minutes. The extra 15 minutes is for warm up and cool down.
The coaching staff here is serious about form, and it shows. Every session, they correct and refine movement patterns rather than just pushing reps. The programming is balanced too; nothing gets neglected. Upper body, lower body, mobility, core stability all get structured attention across the week. If you want a gym that treats your body as a system instead of a collection of mirror muscles, this is the place.
Everything: from facilities to instructors and new friends that make you think that you are with your own family.
Wonderful environment.
Instructors that pay attention to each one of us and help us to see the results we expect.
I love the instructors watchful eye, the format, the variety, number of options for classes, ease of signing up and canceling and responsiveness of office!. Also love the music!
I love so many things about Method3 Fitness. I’ve improved my balance, strength, and core, and I appreciate the combination of cardio and strength training in the workouts. The diet and nutrition options are excellent, and the fitness instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are challenging but always offer modifications, making them accessible to everyone. I also love the variety of workouts and the friendly community of members. It’s such a great environment that I actually want to go—even at 5:30 in the morning! 💪✨
