Coaches are great at showing form and correcting form as needed. Overall classes are fun, energetic, and you leave feeling you got a great workout.

Hollis is patient, supportive and friendly yet professional. The exercises are challenging for my age (80) and I really enjoy coming to the sessions. I've always hated exercising because it's always been too hard for me. The first thing that appealed to me about Method3 was that they catered to old bats like me. It's only been a few weeks but I feel better already. Everyone at Method3 has been encouraging. Keep up the great work!
The coaches are phenomenal. I've been in this program for 7 years. I am forever grateful for this program. I've learned a lot through the coaches. I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy that it's become one of the most positive things in my life.
Great trainers. Very knowledge and friendly. Able to modify exercises to any level. Even helped me work around my injury! Classes are fun and the time moves quickly. Before you know iit your workout is complete and you feel good!! Highly recommend!!!
Their program is geared to my particular age and body type. The coaches are very professional and personable. The sessions are challenging, I always feel like I got a good range of stretching and strength work, without feeling I have been pulled through a grinder.
I enjoy the variety of exercises and the fact that my trainer, takes into account the injuries that I occasionally have. Keith Lewcitt is a wonderful trainer and I very much enjoy working out under his guidance.

Actual transformation, understanding my body and the limits are just a different perspective and a way of stretching or lifting weights that shapes and strengthens. I have learned a great deal from Alan, there are so many ways he has shown me lifting heavy and contorting my body in a way it doesn’t not move is not the only path to fitness. Consistency has been the key for me, not just attendance but same class, same instructor, different day and variable workout. I am truly grateful to the method 3 family and want to thank Alan for his tutelage and patience. Stronger every day is the goal and feeling better than yesterday is the motivation.
Method 3 Fitness has taught me the importance and the value of keeping good health habit. It is not a traditional gym. You can choose from many options that will help you to achieve your goals in a safe environment. The coaches are trained to assist you during the exercises and adjust them according to your needs.
I love the way the coaches know everyone and greet everyone by name. I always feel seen and welcomed in group classes, even though I am not an athlete!
Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The employees are like one big family. I am so glad that I finally joined this fitness club!!!
