Actual transformation, understanding my body and the limits are just a different perspective and a way of stretching or lifting weights that shapes and strengthens. I have learned a great deal from Alan, there are so many ways he has shown me lifting heavy and contorting my body in a way it doesn’t not move is not the only path to fitness. Consistency has been the key for me, not just attendance but same class, same instructor, different day and variable workout. I am truly grateful to the method 3 family and want to thank Alan for his tutelage and patience. Stronger every day is the goal and feeling better than yesterday is the motivation.
Method 3 Fitness has taught me the importance and the value of keeping good health habit. It is not a traditional gym. You can choose from many options that will help you to achieve your goals in a safe environment. The coaches are trained to assist you during the exercises and adjust them according to your needs.
I love the way the coaches know everyone and greet everyone by name. I always feel seen and welcomed in group classes, even though I am not an athlete!
Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The employees are like one big family. I am so glad that I finally joined this fitness club!!!
If you need to be motivated by an excellent strength training group class, Method 3 comes with my highest recommendation. I was a beginner to strength training and the coaches eased me in to the wonderfully varied workouts. I love how each time the workout is changed up, and they provide you an option to make it harder or easier.
I joined a year ago due to an osteoporosis diagnosis with a recommendation to start medication. I didn't take the medication route, I took the strength and nutrition change route. One year later after joining Method3, I'm in osteopenia. Amazing, right?!! I'll keep you posted if- WHEN- I get out of osteopenia.
My wife and I have been Method 3 fitness partners working under the same trainer now for almost a year. This commitment to a sustained 'wellness' effort was brought about as a result of a stroke. Under Yvonne's guidance and coaching we are seeing a noticeable improvement in Susie's abilities and stamina. Yes, slow going but for sure in a positive direction. Hasn't hurt me any either - we're both 77.
This is a fun time 3 days a week to share in spending time together and work as a team at taking care of ourselves.

I enjoy the idea of working out in a group setting with varied levels of fitness in a positive, nurturing environment. coaches/trainers always welcome the varied levels and push you towards your self goals.
The personal trainers are fantastic. They all have great personalities are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent critiquing can fit every lifestyle from young to old very community oriented. I would recommend them to anybody looking for excellent coaching.
