I liked EVERYTHING about my home sale! From Michael’s ‘can do’ attitude to all the details ….he made it a painless journey! Mike was exceptional! First, he was wonderful to be around, very approachable and friendly. He is communicative, responsive, and accessible. Finally, and most importablty, was the wealth of expertise that he brings to the table. I recall in multiple occasions hearing other experts in different fields (lending, construction, title management) praise how much he knew about their respective jobs. His insight into the housing market was dead on and his familiarity with the Ann Arbor and surrounding area was crucial to picking options for someone moving from out of state.
