I liked EVERYTHING about my home sale! From Michael’s ‘can do’ attitude to all the details ….he made it a painless journey! He was a great communicator, had a wonderful sense of humor, was professional and prompt with a great eye for detail! I am running out of superlatives to describe Michael! Mike was exceptional! First, he was wonderful to be around, very approachable and friendly. He is communicative, responsive, and accessible. Finally, and most importablty, was the wealth of expertise that he brings to the table. I recall in multiple occasions hearing other experts in different fields (lending, construction, title management) praise how much he knew about their respective jobs. His insight into the housing market was dead on and his familiarity with the Ann Arbor and surrounding area was crucial to picking options for someone moving from out of state. He understands the market and how to find the best home possible based on who you are, your and your family's needs, your desired location, and -- very importantly -- within your budget. He doesn't try to push you out of your comfort zone but respects your situation and does his very best to work with your needs and resources. With Mike's help, we found a much nicer home, within our budget, than we originally thought we could get. He helped us negotiate an excellent price on our new home and, thankfully, made a complex process as manageable and understandable as possible. We're grateful for his professionalism and support.
