Mike was the absolute best! Anything that came up that was unplanned, Mike was immediately addressing the items with the applicable parties. He took the initiative to work with lawyers on both sides of the table, the buyer and the buyers team to make sure things were completed as they should have been. I would not have had a successful sale if it wasn't for Mike, he is the best!

That's no small feat given the housing market these days. At no point did Mike pressure us to go over our comfort zone on price or any other aspects of the contract.
