Examples of this include:
1) Writing a purchase agreement that protected buyers and kept their best interests in mind.
2) Ensuring clear communication between the buyers and sellers agents.
3) Ensuring that one of the buyers could perform virtual document signing.
4) Ensuring that a seamless closing transaction occurred on the mutually agreeable date.
I will use Michael Drapal to sell my main property in the spring and for future real estate transactions.

We asked him to show up for our interview prepared and ready to discuss a marketing plan. He did, backed up his opinion with sales data, while he considered our situation. He had good referrals for services we needed. He was available for all calls, questions, meetings and showings. He focused on getting the house under contract and getting it closed. Michael Drapal did an excellent job as our realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling their house. Michael has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market as well as knowing best practices for selling a house. We had challenging circumstances for our sale, which included us being out of state. Michael helped us through the entire process and went above and beyond at every step.
Before we started working with Michael, the task of selling the house seemed overwhelming to us. We were very fortunate to work with Michael as he helped us negotiate all the challenges that we had to handle. He provided really excellent recommendations when we had to make decisions about preparing the house for sale, writing the seller's contract, working with the multiple offers we received, and finalizing the sale. Michael was also really nice to work with. His welcoming personality and thoughtful actions were greatly appreciated. Michael exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond what we asked for. Everyone knows that relocating from long distance isn't easy and can be outright draining and also scary. But Michael made everything super easy with his excellent knowledge of the area and also the surrounding areas. Sometimes we looked at 10-15 homes per day and Michael never complained. He asked many questions and answered even more questions. I would recommend Michael over and over again. In fact we gave him a nickname "Big Mike". He earned it. Call him! You won't be disappointed.
