Mike is attentive and responsive to needs and inquiries. It is easy to communicate with him and he makes sure all my questions were answered. My transaction went super smooth until the title company came up with a different number at signing and Mike was right there, pulled out all the documents and very nicely stated "no,no, these are the numbers". Truly a pleasure to work with him and I have already referred him to a family member of mine.
