Mike was wonderful through the whole process of dealing with me and my frazzled appearance throughout...I think my blood pressure was out the roof and he grounded me with being so efficient and absolutely a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and on top of every process which is a lot for a sale and purchase together. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.

He helped orchestrate a rent back so that we could stay in our house until our new build home was completed for a seamless transition. My husband and where first time home buyers Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and he made us feel comfortable.He helped us find the perfect house for our family in our price range in a very competitive buyer's market. He was always available when ever we wanted to look at a house or had any questions. We will be recommending him to any friends and family for any of there realtor needs.

Michael O'Connor was absolutely amazing!!!! He went above and beyond what was expected of him and made this sell/buy experience the best as it could have been for me. He was there for me every step of the way, always having an answer, or getting one as soon as he could. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends for their home selling/buying experience. Hunt Mortgage was also very pleasant to deal with. The only thing I would recommend is giving a little bit more of a window for people's commitment to expire. My "clear to close" and the expiration of my rate and commitment was only a couple-week period. Because of problems with the people purchasing my house, my commitment ended up expiring and I had to pay a fee to extend it. The whole situation was out of my control because I had to wait for the sale in order to do the purchase. My attorneys said that my window before the expiration was a very limited amount of time and they had never seen one that was so short before. That would be my only suggestion, to give a longer period before the commitment expires. Thank you so much for all that Hunt did for us. We love our new home so much!! Thanks again!!
