The Precision FIT bike process was very interesting and thorough. I'm glad I drove the extra mileage from my home base in Illinois to have this done. I wish I had had this done years ago as I immediately felt better with the proposed setup. New handlebars and stem on order, seat height adjusted. Very happy with the one on one interview approach and what each individual needs from their own riding experience.

Thank you so much for taking care of me! I came in with an old bike, that just needed a few things to make it road safe. Despite being busy with other things, the tech stopped was he was doing to answer my questions, make some recommendations, and even do some lite work on my rig! They say that customer service is dead…. Well not at Michael’s Cycles!

You were able to fix a flat tire for my bike without having to leave it, so we could continue our ride. Even better, while waiting, Hans helped us find new bike carrier and then installed it!! He is the best! We feel confident we made a good purchase.
