Zach, then Bob answered all my questions, presented great insight and offered their own experiences for examples to help my buying decision. Bob was very professional, and offered a fun and relaxed shopping experience. I really like so many features about the bike and am looking forward to riding. Took advantage of the discount for the accessories and apparel and still thinking of purchasing a couple other things before the cutoff. Enjoy that the technicians are really invested in the set up and service after the sale. Thanks for a great visit! Jim

To start with,the guys that work here are great. Very nice and knowledgeable. I was shown a townie go and came back the next day to purchase it.
