I buy everything I can cycling related from Micheal’s. However, the last 2 special orders I placed I didn’t get when initially told. I was never notified that either product was on back order. Not until I called to inquire about my orders was I notified that they wouldn’t be in like initially told. 1 product was a Xmas gift that I still haven’t received. I understand it was not within the shops control but I would have appreciated being notified that they wouldn’t manufacturer was having delivery issues.

Very helpful and friendly on phone and in person. Had my sons older bike I was giving to a friend with very ill husband so she could give it to her son for Christmas. On the day of pickup we found one tire blew. I had to scramble and Michael's worked me in at 10 am the next morning, Christmas Eve. They had the tire fixed and even wiped down the bike for me. Such a great team! I highly recommend them as showroom is awesome and a variety of products to peruse while I waited. Price was reasonable for the new tube and labor, too!
