Mike was the consummate professional every step of the way. From his first visit at the property to the closing day details, Mike kept me informed and offered wise and useful advice. He made the clean up and repair process much easier by sharing quality service company contacts and capably negotiated an unexpected pre-listing offer in to an excellent ratified contract with a quick close. Mike also provided helpful insight and resources regarding unique legal issues that made our sale more complex. Overall, Mike was the ideal partner during each phase of the sales process and I wholeheartedly recommend him as a sales or listing agent for any residential sale.
