Michelle was wonderful to work with in the selling of my mom’s house. She was very responsive to my texts, calls and emails. She answered all my questions quickly. The listing she did for my mom’s house was beautiful. When multiple offers came in for the house, she organized the offers for me and helped me understand them and pick the best one. I appreciate everything she did for me in helping to make a difficult and overwhelming task as simple as possible. I would highly recommend Michelle if you are looking to sell your home.

From our initial visit to our closing in purchasing our first home, Michelle Armbruster has been extremely helpful, patient, positive, and supportive. My wife and I came into this experience of buying our home with very little knowledge. Michelle educated us. We also had a unique situation of moving across country. Michelle worked with us. We have very limited time and many requests. The market was not easy for buyers. I don't fully credit Michelle with us finding a great home under difficult circumstances, but she played a great part in nothing short than a miracle. We would strongly recommend her without hesitation.

Michelle was so awesome and our house sold very quickly! We had nightmare after nightmare with our basement, but Michelle was willing to make phone calls, be there for appointments and gave really great recommendations for businesses. She was very communicative, and had a very fast response time. She listens and knows homes really really well. I will totally work with her again if I ever buy again in Washtenaw or Livonia County!
