Michelle was very attentive to our needs and concerns and represented us well with potential buyers. She helped us put our property in the best possible light and developed a timetable for us that aligned perfectly with our own needs. In the end, she helped us negotiate a wonderful sale that made us feel really good about who the property was going to. She was very flexible along the way and kept us regularly informed about any wrinkles that arose in the process. We felt she was a strong advocate for us throughout.

Michelle was so awesome and our house sold very quickly! We had nightmare after nightmare with our basement, but Michelle was willing to make phone calls, be there for appointments and gave really great recommendations for businesses. She was very communicative, and had a very fast response time. She listens and knows homes really really well. I will totally work with her again if I ever buy again in Washtenaw or Livonia County!

Michelle was very friendly and conversational. She knows a lot about what to look for in a house because of her experience, and shared her knowledge with us. She responds promptly and did a great job following up with us. She made great recommendations for contractors and inspectors to work with as we worked to fully understand what new home ownership would be like. Michelle helped me look during multiple stages of my home buying experience and I am grateful that she worked with me until I was able to make the best decision for me.

Michelle came to the relationship very prepared. Her understanding of the market and our particular neighborhood was great. She had a strategy for showing the home that worked to our advantage. Her insight and suggestions for preparing for showing were much needed, and we ended up with a home that photographed and showed really well because of her. When dealing with numerous offers on the home, she was able to present that information in a concise and easily digestible manner. We would recommend her to anybody looking to sell a home.
