Michelle is absolutely fantastic, can not recommend her more! As first time home buyer we leaned on her a lot; she answered all of our silly questions at all hours and most of all she treated us like family. She helped us navigate a difficult market and made special efforts to coordinate with our nearly impossible schedules. She matched us with an inspector that was as detailed oriented as my husband and helped coordinate several moving pieces to be sure our home closed on time for the price negotiated. Michelle is a very special person and is doing her job truly to help you find the best home for you!

We could not have asked for a better person to be our agent during this process. We were first-time home buyers, and Michelle's expertise helped us find the perfect home for our family based on our needs and budget.
We had an idea of what kind of home we wanted, but we were naive, and Michelle was able to deftly steer us away from homes that would have ended up needing way more work than we could have afforded, towards what ended up being the perfect home for our small family. And she did so without making us feel silly or embarrassed. She treated us with respect and dignity and worked quickly when we needed it.
At the end of the day, Michelle is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and dedicated. She will work to get you what you want while offering solid advice along the way. If we have to get back into the housing market, Michelle will be the first person we call on.

We decided it was time to move from our 2 story home on nearly 2 acres to a single story with a small yard. We selected Michelle as our realtor after reading her profile online mainly because of her years of experience in the market areas we were interested in. She helped us through a smooth process of buying a new home that fits our needs perfectly, and selling our previous home quickly and above the list price. Her expert marketing skills really showed in the listing she prepared for the home we were selling and led to 2 great offers within a couple days of the listing going online. We have been through this process a few times before, but there are so many new legal requirements and Michelle guided us expertly. She also provided excellent contacts for all the inspections we had to schedule. We highly recommend Michelle!

I feel very fortunate to have Michelle Elie as my realtor. Besides being a very pleasant person to work with she is very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and markets. She spent time with me showing me areas and was good at pointing out potential issues when touring homes.
