Michelle was an incredible partner in selling our Michigan home remotely while we relocated to Florida for work, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Michelle understood the urgency of our move and took charge of the entire process so we didn’t have to fly back and forth. She coordinated directly with the estate sale team, handled scheduling with handymen and plumbers, and even advised us on which final touch-ups were worth doing before listing. When those repairs needed to happen, she seamlessly took the house off the market so the work could be completed without interrupting showings, then brought it back on at exactly the right time. What stood out most was her patience and empathy with us as first-time sellers who were already stressed with a cross-country move. She was always available to answer questions, explain each step in plain language, and never made us feel like a burden, even when our anxiety was high and we needed extra reassurance. Because we couldn’t be there in person, we had to trust her with everything, and she absolutely earned that trust by consistently going above and beyond. If you’re looking for a realtor who will treat your sale like it’s her own, manage every detail behind the scenes, and support you through the emotional side of the process, Michelle is the one you want in your corner. We are so grateful for her hard work and would choose her again in a heartbeat.

As first time home buyers we were both excited but nervous! Michelle was amazing at explaining the process and listening to what we're looking for while being incredibly personable and responsive. The house we ended up getting is one she found that hit all of our requirements and she assisted in helping us send a clean offer than won the deal out of a total of 5 offers. Even after closing she was still available for any questions we had for the seller or even just for resources on local home services. The process was incredibly smooth and I would absolutely reccommended Michelle!
