I moved my membership to this YMCA as I felt they put God first. God first, and then the staff operating in a way that shows it's members they put God first in their service to others. The Facilities are clean and everything works without needing repair. The local church sometimes is able to give snacks. They have spiritual vitamins, good hours, and a scheduled that is easy to understand. I do recommend the downtown Middletown YMCA.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming at the Y. I was so nervous to join, but I'm so glad I did. I especially like group classes - turns out I really enjoy yoga! I'm excited for the new aqua classes!

The Y offers programs and activities for all ages and abilities. It is a safe and family friendly place to be as well as being health focused. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. If you are retired, daily programs are available for all ability levels. If you need evening activities to fit your work schedule, many are available for you, too. In short, the Y is the place to spend some time!

I have been coming to Yoga class for several years, really enjoy the instructor, Claude, she makes it beneficial while making it fun too! I would like to see a Pilates class be offered. Women’s s and Men’s locker rooms could be a little warmer after swimming it is too cold.

Downtown Middletown’s staff is outstanding! Friendly and gets to know members on a more personal level. Group water activities are great on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with great leadership and foster relationships with members in the group. Group fitness programs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are beneficial and equally important with great leadership. Well done!
