Well, the service was definitely "prompt". Appreciated. Wasn't expecting the delivery when he showed up. But not a problem. I prepaid an amount having reported my current tank level as @ 40%. Was expecting a refill of @200 gallons to put the tank at 80% and take advantage of "summer refill prices" (as was mentioned to me when I first inquired via phone about a refill. But the refill administered was a bit "light" in that it was in the "mid 70%" range. So, not only do I not get the full benefit of "summer rates" I now have a respectable credit balance with you. Not sure how that gets resolved...I suppose you guys keep my money until I need another refill?
