Mike Herrman's strategy and process for selling my home was exceptional ! He was very data-based - not only did he do a comprehensive analysis of selling prices of comparable homes in my area, he also determined the best time to put my house on the market surrounding the busy Labor Day holiday. The marketing support he developed for my house was extensive - including drone photographs which highlighted my large 3-level outdoor deck with a built-in plunging pool, custom gazebo and deck-level spa.These photographs also showcased the size and privacy of my backyard and the ample shading from my mature trees. Mike was always available to answer my questions and provide advice, whether by phone or text. He was with me providing support through the entire process up to closing - often going "above & beyond". For example, due to an ill-timed personal injury, he offered to help me close down the pool and refresh the spa for the new owners. As a result of Mike's high quality strategy, process, and execution he was able to sell my home in 5 days for 11% over asking price ! I would would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a competent and personable agent to sell their home !

Mike adapts himself to the customer's needs and reminds the customer of their own goals. This is very important as buyers, we often lose focus and need someone to remind us. Equally important is when Mike walks into a home and already knows what the buyer does not like or likes without the buyer even speaking a word during the seller agent showing the house. Next, Mike called me out at least twice, when it appeared that I was asking something unethical about a Real Estate deal and was glad to see Mike show that he abides by a code. I will be using Mike for every real estate deal going forward and intend on purchasing at least 1 house a year and if he leaves HUNT, I would find him and seek his services again. I have had 3 realtors, and Mike exceeded them all. He has a honest, strong hand shake

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and kept me up to date on the status of whatever stage we were currently in. Mike also assisted me with my responsibilities, such as contacting a lawyer. His help throughout the prosses kept things moving foreword, and the fact that he kept me informed made it less stressful. He used prime resources, such as an excellent photographer to highlight my home's features on real estate Websites and he used high quality brochures to appeal to buyers. Mike Herrman, a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional, is accessible to his clients. He returns phone calls, e-mails etc. in a timely manner. His excellent net working skills enable him to direct his clients to resources that are needed to meet their individual situation. He acknowledges his clients' criteria by showing them properties that satisfy their "must haves" in the new home. He spends time and energy on his clients indicating his want for that client to find that special home. Mike Herrman was with me every step of the way resulting in finding my dream home.
