Mike Lewis was an amazing loan officer. He is an absolute god-sent. We will always refer our friends, family and colleagues to Mike. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining to us the details. He took time on numerous occasions to explain in detail our options. Michael Lewis with NRL mortgage was wonderful! He provided exceptional customer service ensuring that we were kept abreast of the entire process. He was very adept at all the little nuances that would’ve gone unnoticed by us. He insured we got the best rates for homeowners insurance, wind/hail damage, flood insurance and made sure that we were kept aware of what we needed to have and what we had already completed.
