Mike was fantastic! He stayed on top of a complex situation with a builder and their realtor to ensure we were able to close as seamlessly as possible. He went above and beyond going to the house several times where we couldn’t due to a living out of state.

Mike has been an excellent realtor. This was the first time we have sold and bought a new home and he was very patient and explained each step perfectly. Mike was patient and listened to our requests on fining a house. He was very flexible with the location as our target shifted and he was quick to organize visits with multiple houses on short notice. Mike was very knowledgeable about the market and the important features of the house that we were not aware of like mechanical and the grade of materials. He was very professional and I would recommend him to friends, family and even a stranger at the grocery store.
