Mike's went the extra mile to take care of me! I have an odd size foot and was frustrated that other shops wouldn't let me exchange if a special order size didn't fit and I need cycling shoes for Ironman Ottawa. Rick's team ordered in a size, it didn't quite fit so they ordered another and Eureka! Sara found my special order super quickly and answered all my questions about bike computers while I was in. Thank you Sara! Rick and his team are the best in the region!!
