I brought in a brand new bike that the chain kept falling off, your service dept was able to get me a new crank and fix the issue, now I am able to use it without any problems. I had been told it would be a few weeks before it could be looked at, due to the busy season, a week after I brought it in your technician called me and kept me updated on the progress, which I appreciated.

MBS is a one stop shop with lots of selection and if its not in stock it can usually be ordered and arrives pretty quickly.

My salesperson Zoe was knowledgeable, listened to my needs, and made a couple of great recommendations. Very happy that you offer Canadian made products. Service information seems to be amazing, though I have not yet used it. I love that my bicycle was set up and ready to go when I get home. I just had to unpack it, put on my helmet and go.

My local bike shop in Halifax stopped carrying Continental road tires. Mikes web page was awesome and showed my model in stock. It’s great to support a local bike shop even if it’s in the next Province. Keep up the great work!

Was very pleased with the bike tune-up service that I received this week. Extra parts and service was needed which was added to the invoice but I was very happy with the outcome. I swear the bike runs better than when I brought it new. The back shop crew desevre a lot of credit

I bought my Giant Defy Advance bike from your shop several years ago and have been returning on a yearly basis for service. I liked the way I was treated during the purchase and still do.
