Excellent purchase experience. My wife and I are not knowledgeable about bikes and we worked with Steven who patiently helped us figure out what we actually wanted :-) and followed through with excellent delivery and accessory purchases. We threw him a curve ball and asked for a hitch carrier at the last minute and the folks in the hop dropped tools and put one together for us. We’re completely happy with the entire deal and will continue to work with Mike’s Bike Shop until our riding days are over (hopefully when we’re in our 90s).
