Mike has a great personality which makes him easy to work with, and he is terrific at tasking out every step of the house sale process and then moving the process forward. He was able to coordinate the resolution of many small issues and details that led to getting our house on the market quickly and efficiently. Mike also has a network of associates who helped us with minor home repairs, clearing out remaining items, touching up and getting the house prepared to go on the market. What did I like about Mike Sher? Absolutely everything! From start to finish Mike made sure everything was handled and he continuously communicated the status, what's next, quickly responded to questions (day, night and weekends), and made sure all of the paperwork was in order (and there was a lot of it). Mike's team was wonderful for the many aspects of a real estate transaction. I also believe we got top dollar for our properties (yes Mike has represented us on the purchase and sale of many properties over many years). We were also able to close quickly with no issues. I highly recommend and trust Mike and his team for any real estate transaction!

From our initial consultation with Mike, we knew we were in good hands. He had helped my family in selling my grandmother's home and my mom recommended him to my husband and I to work with him when we were beginning to start searching for our first home. We had no idea how the whole house buying process worked but Mike and his team made this a breeze. We worked with Mike and Nicole in searching for a home. They both were extremely patient with us and helped us narrow down our needs/wants in a home. When it came time for an offer, they sent us videos to further understand what we were doing and had phone conversations with us to make sure we understood. Once our offer had been accepted, another member of Mike's team - Malinda reached out to us and helped us with the final steps of closing on our new home. We've been living in our new home for a couple weeks now which means we haven't fully unpacked yet but we are so happy to be in it! Whenever someone asks us about our home buying experience we have nothing but positive words to share and would recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends, families and colleagues. Thank you so much Mike, Nicole and all his team members for their work with us!

Nichole Stillman is the best and thought outside the box to make things happen for the home I love. This process has been over a year and I trusted Nichole with everything.
