The purchase is for a Christmas gift so,as yet, hasn't been opened but the speed and efficiency of delivery was second to none and the correspondence between yourselves and I kept me informed throughout. This particular cycle helmet was out of stock in so many places but thankfully you were able to save the day and, as my husband is a keen cyclist, I'm sure that I will be using you again
