⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! Took both my Trek bikes in for a service and booked them for the top-level package. The mechanic called to say they didn’t both need the Platinum and that Gold would be perfectly fine — really appreciated the honesty. They also rang each time something came up that might add extra cost, keeping me fully informed throughout. I’ve been getting my bikes serviced for years, but being new to the area I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out, the service here is even better than what I’m used to. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and genuine care. Very impressed — thank you, and keep up the great work! — Ashley

Ability to see and touch products for real (not possible via internet shopping!) As I was purchasing glasses and a new helmet it was important to wear these and see how they look and fit. Simply not possible when purchasing items via the internet! Personal service from experienced staff was excellent.
