I very recently bought a new bike from Mike Vaughan Ltd in Kenilworth. The staff who helped me make my choice were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. When I picked the bike up they made sure it was the right fit and made some minor adjustments for me. All in all excellent advice and service. Would highly recommend.

I've used Mike Vaughan's for at least 30 years, this time it's was my ebike, I wanted somewhere i could trust to get to the bottom of things, I now have my bike back and feel confident it is sorted,great service which kept me informed along the way good or bad news, Always looks after our RLSCC club members too!

Cannot recommend Mike and the team highly enough. From choosing the right bike to build and collection the process was completely seamless. On collection all the set up process was thoroughly discussed and I was helped through the intricacies of the new technology! Thanks to all at Mike Vaughan. After my first ride this morning I am even happier than I was on collection!!

After speaking to Russ with many questions about the Trek Wahoo Path 24. I paid in full to reserve and hold the bike in question. I wanted to support a local family run business rather than a big franchise like Evans. Great customer service from the start. Looking forward to meeting them in person sometime this month.
