Whatever the problem the team at Mike Vaughan will do their best to solve your problems and its no trouble at all. My wife's bike had an unusual fault while we we were abroad recently and needed her bike for a planned Charity Ride the forthcoming weekend- Mike Vaughan sourced a solution from his own stock ( rather than wait for the manufacturer ) and sorted the bike quickly and without fuss. When you buy a bike from Mike Vaughan its great to know they will fully support you going forward with any problems you will have.Thanks again for your great service by your excellent team it is very much appreciated .
