I would highly recommend Mike's Bikes in terms of stock availability, expert knowledge and cycle maintenance. We purchased my wife's e-bike from the shop and the end-to-end experience was outstanding. They also delivered the bike to our home after performing a pre-delivery setup and inspection. The workshop was very flexible & quick to fit in the bike in for its 6 week, post-purchase checkup. The chap in the workshop was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. Great local business!

Trek is an excellent bike manufacturer. Careful research identified the Trek Checkpoint ALR 5 as one of the best VfM bikes on the market for less than £2000. Having now ridden the bike I can confirm it exceeded my expectations. Mike Vaughan and his team are very knowledgeable and have great expertise and so are able to provide the support required to address all your cycling needs. Many thanks David

From the moment we walked into the shop, we were well supported by Mike and his team. They were extremely supportive and professional. We had gone in to browse and check the size of frame i would need - at no point did we feel under any kind of pressure to buy.
