The gentleman in the service department, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, helped me with a disc brake that was rubbing. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Fixed the issue, explained to me what the issue was, and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

The people I worked with were very good. They took the time to understand what kind of bike I was looking for and also helped me fill in the gaps where I did not have a point of view. They let me try out several bikes and also moved a couple of bikes from Los Gatos to Palo Alto so that I could try them all out together. (I ended up buying a bike that had been moved from Los Gatos)
