It's not often I purchase a new bike; however, I frequently rely on service technicians for issues I'm unable to resolve on my own. Mike's Bikes in Pleasanton excels in both of these areas but I'm writing here to give a shout-out to the service team. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and they get the job done. Whether you have a newer, high-priced ride that needs an adjustment or are looking to refurbish an old cruiser you've had in storage, they treat each customer and each bike like they truly enjoy what they do.

I don’t recall the representative’s name, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, and IMMEDIATELY was helped. What stood out was not only did they show me where I needed to go, but the entire time, he took the time to THOROUGHLY answer my questions. Top tier customer service!

Service was great. Staff is super helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. I believe it was Brian that helped us and fixed my son's bike earlier so that I could get it back before school on Monday. This prevented me having to leave my tow hitch on and another trip. Highly will recommend and have so to anymore looking for a new bike or repair.
