I took my bike to another shop who supposedly fixed it but I got the bike back worse than it was before I took it in.
I decided to try another shop and I went to Mike's Bikes because a friend told me they were good.
They went above and beyond and helped me and fixed my bike like new.
Eddie who worked on the bike was completely honest the whole way through and did everything he said and explained everything to me thoroughly.
It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business and Mike's Bikes didn't just get a new customer they earned one!

I brought a bike in for a tune up. It is a new bike to me, but not a new bike... I got it back and I wasn't happy..
I went in and spoke to Eddie, and let him know i wasnt pleased. He asked me to bring the bike back. He went over the bike again and made some suggestions for what i could do to help the issues i was having. They were accurate and within my budget. Eddie did what he could to make it right.
In the end, what else can a customer ask for?
