The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The parts selection and bike selection is probably the best in Sacramento area. The prices for the parts I bought were a bit more than online but it came with excellent advice and service. That is very valuable to me.

It's right in midtown off the trail I ride to my aunt's in Rio Linda so it's convenient and it's right down from a cool restaurant/bar. I live Portland Oregon but come down to visit my aunt and always bring my bike. Great selection, knowledgeable, helpful friendly staff. It's my bike shop when I'm in Sacramento and will be for life. Love these guys and you should too.

The staff and the shop are great. I believe Andrew is the name of the person who helped me. I was able to buy gloves for my son and test ride a bike. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The shop is very neat and organized and has a welcoming feel to it.

Went to other shops around Sacramento like bicycle business on Freeport and everywhere else I kept going kept trying to give me to buy bikes that where $1500+ right when I walked into mikes bikes I told him what I needed. They showed me my options and I was able to buy the bike that I’ve been looking for. I had a fantastic experience and the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I am recommending all my friends and families to Mike’s bikes.
