Hey I just wanted to share my gratitude for the awesome service I received semi-recently. I was the guy with the specialized covered in stickers that came in after a their stole my back wheel and the cassette and basically the back half of my bike. It’s been a couple of months and the new wheels, and cassette and gears are so awesome. They are so much better than the stock parts I had before the theft. It’s basically been the best upgrade I could hope for. Thanks to the staff who worked on this, im very appreciative.

The experience was amazing. Max F., specifically, was very helpful and patient with all my questions and spent the time I needed to help me make an informed decision about the bike I wanted. The team/ staff is excellent- helping me feel at ease overall, which made the experience great. I went in as a complete beginner to biking and came out excited for biking overall. I can totally see why multiple people (even from AIDS/Lifecycle) recommended Mike's Bikes to me- and I'll be doing the same!
