Elijah was extremely helpful in navigating a first bike purchase for my kid, who had no idea what she wanted or what to look for. He helped suggest appropriate bikes in our price range, encouraged a lot of test rides to figure out what suited her best, and made sure that we made a decision that would make her happy in the long run. The entire staff was helpful in getting her on the road with her first new bike.
