HIGHLANDS RANCH
My wife and I took our Pivot ebikes for a complete tune and check up. The Service people did a great job. They went out of their way (especially Kevin) to try to find out the cause of an annoying vibration--he even spent time on her bike riding trying to pin point the root cause. This was far and beyond... Don is sales is also terrific. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been taking our bikes to Mike's (and Elevation before it was Mike's) and will continue to do so. Strongly recommend them.
