I brought my sons mountain bike in for service and Jim was very helpful in the process of getting the bike back to working condition at a reasonable cost. They now have my mountain bike to repair a burst rear tube and tune the bike up. They are always professional and turn things around quickly.

Milford bike folks are down to earth and great people. They are bikers that bike often. That is important. They talk the talk but walk the walk. No such thing as pressure sales. I had my full suspension Trek repaired recently after I mangled and snapped by rear derailleur. I then had them check my disc brakes, asked them to service both shocks and do other odds and ends. They communicate very well and last but not least their prices are excellent!

I had them order a Trek bike the last minute before a trip, unfortunately it did not come in time. The owner said he would get me into the next model up, which he had on the floor ready to go. He was very helpful and nice. This is my second bike I have bought from them and will continue to do business with them in the future. We were able to take the bike on our trip and my wife loved it!
