Jenny (JC) was absolutely amazing- we instantly connected and it’s evident of not only her service, but genuine care to make sure I received everything I needed that day. So very grateful for her expertise, passion for people, and of course massage skills. We bonded over living in Austin- she really is a unicorn and this spa is so lucky to have her! I wish she worked Sundays, but we talked about weekdays availability too. Can’t wait to book with her again!

I like everything about milk and honey except the music choice in the rooms. Last time I was there for facial , the background music was rain + Thunder noise which was not relaxing and pleasant and I remember everytime I am there I feel anxiety by the music selected. I will recommend reviewing and selecting more calming background sounds. Thank you!

I was here from Seattle and wasn't sure where to go, but I choose the right spot. My facial was so wonderful. From the beginning to the end, I felt relaxed and taken care of. The place is very comforting with warm bath robes and soothing teas. The front desk person Rhonda was also so kind. It was a little bit pricey for me, but I think it's relative to the market and unfortunately just the price of things these days. I would definitely recommend my esthetician. I went in blindly and she was wonderful.

The massage was excellent and the facilities great. The problem I had was I was very specific about what I was looking for and it didn't happen. I walked in looking for a foot massage. I was advised against the head, hands and feet massage because I only wanted feet. I was told to take the basic massage and let the therapist know what I wanted. I filled out my intake form with that information (focus on back, legs and feet) and discussed it with my therapist before my massage. Yet I got a full body massage (including arms and hands) and she only spent about 2 minutes at the end of the massage on my feet. I was so disappointed! I had no way of knowing how much time was left in the massage, or I would have spoken up. In every other way, Titi (sp?) was excellent. I just left feeling disappointed.
