This was my second massage with Sky, and once again, it was a 10/10 experience. He made the session relaxing and comfortable, and took the time to understand my goals and areas of concern so he could tailor the treatment to my needs. His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail really stand out every time. The calm atmosphere at m+h is always one of my favorite parts of the experience as well. The only suggestion I would make is to consider making the lounge area a "tech free zone". While I was waiting for my service, two seperate guests were working on their laptops and taking work calls, which disrupted the peaceful environment and made it harder to relax before and after my massage :/ Overall, a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

I thought my masseuse, Tommy, did a very good job. I appreciated that he mentioned what he could help with and what he could not. He made the massage special and it felt like a real treat to be able to do it. I was amazed how many people were in the waiting room at the time that our massages started. It was hard to get to the table for refreshments because it takes time to fill a cup and it's in the flow/walkway, so that was a curious set up. I long for the day when Milk+Honey downtown can have a sauna to hang out in or other spaces that come with the massage. But in the meantime, I'll go farther afield for those experiences, and enjoy this downtown experience for what it can be!
