The whole place was FREEZING. So cold! And they’re not able to turn down the AC. Makes the environment kind of uncomfortable. Everything else was good. The front desk ladies are not very energetic or warm. Not the most warm reception walking in and checking out.

One of the best! He intuitively found those deep tension points and worked through them. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, so that's always a go to spot for relief, but I was surprised by how much stress I was also holding in my legs/knees and even my elbows. Great mix of hard pressure and therapeutic work. Feeling reset, thank you!

So this was my second time at the Spa… my first experience was a manicure that was as bad as possible… however, this experience was fantastic! My facial was exceptional… Laken did an excellent job… I would definitely recommend a friend for this service. I was very satisfied.
