Everyone is always so kind (in person, not a fan of scheduling over the phone) the vibes are nice. I like that you can sit and chill before/after the massage with some tea and snacks.

LOVE the front desk team & all the stylists I’ve seen (Jade, Karla, Kyndal) they all do great work you cannot go wrong with any of them. I will say when I called to fix my reservation I spoke with a few different representatives that were a bit hard to understand. Other than that 10/10 love m+h!
