I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided- Noel and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the customer experience matched their expectations. It was obvious from the cleanliness of their facilities to the care their therapists take in reading intake forms that the spa centers client satisfaction. As a teacher myself, I know how important it is to establish meaningful dialogue with those you serve and I loved seeing how the staff here implements feedback and honors customer voice.
