The check-in is easy and the people are friendly. The environment is nice, smells good and is relaxing. The provider that did the BBL and Moxi did a good job and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that the parking is easy and free.

Arielle was truly the best nail technician I have ever had. She took the time to educate me on healthy nail care and explained everything in a clear, thoughtful way. She was patient, kind, and most of all, extremely professional.There was absolutely no judgment—only genuine care and encouragement. She also recommended one of the Milk + Honey oils, which I purchased and now use every day. I’ve already noticed a difference.I am so grateful for the experience and highly recommend Arielle to anyone looking for exceptional service and real expertise.

Denise, as usual, did not disappointment. Yesterday's massage was the perfect complement to the rigorous Physical Therapy the day before. I could feel my muscles ease up with every kneading stroke she made. Especially felt this on my left shoulder which did a a lot of work in therapy. By the end of the session, I felt so relaxed and slept a good part of the day.

I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after a massage by Denise. Her hands know instinctively where to apply greater pressure and where to simply glide over. After my usual 90 minutes, I feel like staying for more, alas, my time's over. We are both respectful of each other when we talk and have had some insightful chats, a pleasant bonus of my sessions.

I had an incredible experience at this medspa! From the start, Noel, the manager, was so nice and made the entire process easy and smooth. My esthetician, Sydney, was absolutely fantastic. She was so informative and walked me through every step of the process. I originally went in wanting BBL and Moxi, but Sydney gave me honest advice that the heat from the Broadband Light (BBL) could actually make my melasma more noticeable. I really appreciated her expertise and honesty! We decided on a combination of MOXI, Dysport, and EZGEL instead. I had expressed concerns about 'leftover' filler, and Sydney recommended EZGEL because it uses my own blood to naturally stimulate collagen, meaning no long-term negative side effects or migration. I felt so heard and well-cared for. Highly recommend Sydney and the team!
