As soon as I entered, the receptionist was extremely helpful and hospitable. I felt relaxed with just the initial interaction with her. She guided me through the process and with this being my first time at this location, she walked me through the layout and where I could find all of the amenities. When my masseuse greeted me, he made me seem like I was his only priority and was very thorough with my requests and facilitated an excellent massage. Post-massage, I was thanked by my name so many times and it made me feel so taken care of. Although I did not think the prices were too high, I definitely received a luxurious service. So attentive to detail and a hospitality mindset!
