My stylist was amazing! I booked a last-minute appointment with whoever was available, and lucked out with Ashley. It’s like she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered! Also, I asked for JUST a trim and she did it - I’ve been to salons before when you ask for a trim and walk away with several inches of hair gone.

Liz does an excellent job on my nails. We have fun conversations and enjoy how when thete are other customers, at least one, always engages.
Matilda is so knowledgeable onwhat is needed for my hair. Has made my daily routine easier. She is also is good at giving helpful recommendations on a variety of products.

Familiarity, the friendliness of staff and I am the focus when I am there. Front desk/reception staff always greet me and other guests, as not only customers but acknowledged friends - they answer questions openly and honestly, and at same time, maintaining the spa’s businesses policies - which is acknowledged and respected. Moving back to actual services in the salon, hair cuts, hi-lites and styling keep me returning along with the convenience of scheduling. Skin care has been experienced in the past, but my dermatologist has taken my attention recently so that aspect is on hold, not as an aspect of if dissatisfaction.
