I absolutely love all the hair professionals, nail technicians, as well as the hostesses at the front desk. They are all competent and are most pleasant and accommodating. However, Milk + Honey could substantially benefit from some improvements to the overall ambience of the salon by uplifting the decor and making it feel more high-end. Here are some suggestions: 1) Replacing the plastic wall planter with a beautiful Preserved Moss wall planter which would immediately add life, warmth and a fresh natural beauty to the otherwise bland atmosphere of the salon (mainly due to its overall minimalistic style and the pale and subdued colour scheme) without interfering with its aesthetic concept. 2) The fabric of the pillows in the nail department is too rough. Also, there are too many pillows that one always has to put away! 3) The towels that are used to wrap around one's head after washing the hair, feel too thin and warn out. 4) The bathroom furniture and objects could be upgraded. I hope that this helps :)

We feel welcomed and well taken care of at m+h S Lamar. The check-in is welcoming and the service is relaxing. We enjoy every part of it, from the warm bath to the final color. My husband even gets in on the fun with color. There have been very rare occasions where the color application wasn't as it should have been. This happened once when my husband was getting nail art. And once when I had a dazzle dry - (actually, that was at the Research location). Each time it was with new (or new to us) nail technicians. We tell our friends how much we enjoy m+h S Lamar for our nail services! Please give the team a big thank you from us. We appreciate them.
