I booked facial peel with Savannah at the Lamar location...and honestly, was a little nervous as this was the first experience with her. I'll start by saying that it takes a LOT to make me relax and feel at ease...in just about anything! When I met Savannah I was very happy to see that she was easy paced and a bit soft spoken...as well as very friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable in the process of the treatment I chose and explained the steps in a very easy to understand manner. At the start, I could feel the tension of my brow...the telltale sign of my nervousness and stress...my usual self. As the minutes passed, I realized that I'd become totally relaxed, doesn't happen often for me. I was very impressed by the even pace of Savannah's voice, and soft and gentle manner in which she spoke, as well as her soothing and gentle touch throughout the procedure. I realized that I'd become totally relaxed! I was very impressed with my visit with Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed my time there, everything about it! I look forward to my next visit.
