I’ve seen Alicia three times now, and she’s been exceptional each time. She’s friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the body and muscle systems. She proactively offered thoughtful recommendations for the issues I was experiencing and delivered a truly personalized, high-quality experience.
I come at least once a month and always enjoy my massage and the staff. The only thing recently, (recently being the past handful of months) is that the showers do not work at The Loren location.
A shower at a spa should be absolutely baseline, and for the luxury experience Milk and Honey seeks to provide and is priced at, the very least one could expect would be a working shower.
I had an incredible massage on Saturday and found myself frustrated and rushed at the end of my time at the spa as opposed to relaxed when leaving because I had to spend 45 mins in the shower trying to clean myself with the tiniest bit of water from the shower head, and left with soap in my hair.
Last time we came in, my boyfriend had to go home oily and dirty after his session because the water pressure was non existent as well.
I understand that there is an issue with the building, and there is really nothing the establishment can do about it, but its something that should be disclosed when booking or a discount for the services while the bathroom is out of order.
Again, we have a monthly membership and love the milk and honey team. We spend a great deal of money here, and would love to leave feeling happier about our investment.
I enjoyed how “Tiara” explained everything since I have never received a massage before. She was patient and was thorough with the massage. I never knew I would enjoy my feet and my wrist needed that much attention.
