I enjoyed Milk and Honey downtown, but glad I've switched to The Loren! I always look forward to Ian's massages. It's nice when therapists are not just gifted, but also genuinely warm and naturally set clients at ease. Alex up front is great and personable, steam showers are lovely, and valet parking is a nice perk.

The sweet young lady that greeted me when I walked in was so kind. She checked me in, showed me where to go and explained my next steps. The lounge was very soothing and a variety of small snacks and water was a nice touch. The papers to write down what I was grateful for was a great way to get my mind in a good spot. My masseuse, Giovanni, was amazing! She was kind and really caring about what my needs were. She gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. My whole experience at Milk + Honey was a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Alex, Team Manager, at reception was incredibly helpful. I did not have a good message service experience and he was very considerate and listened to my concerns. My massage therapist was clearly sick and the massage as a whole was well below average for M&H. He even seemed to possibly nod off at a point.

Everything about my visit was enjoyable and professional. I was greeted by a very nice man as I entered the store, which is pleasant. The dressing room is set up nicely, and the robes are soft and comfy. This was my second time getting a massage from Giovanna and she has fantastic skills. Her touch is smooth and firm, just the way I like it. Plus she is also friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back.

Once again, I had a lovely all-around experience. I was greeted warmly, checked in efficiently and had a wonderful hydrofacial with Taryn. I enjoyed the calm of the lounge before and after my treatment. *Note: the hot water in the men's locker room shower took an extended period of time to warm; perhaps mostly due to the fact that I suspect I was the first shower of the day. *Note: the lounge, sharing with kind tone, is in need of some extra attention to cleaning, specifically *behind the furniture pieces, along the W. Riverside Drive windows. Nothing out of the ordinary, simply noticeable at this stage.

My therapist listened to my goals for treatment and was excellent. The facilities were clean. The valet parking was great. The lounge was peaceful and well presented. The host was excellent as always and very informative of the facilities and services offered.
