Everyone with Miller has been amazing. We love our swim family and can’t thank you all enough for the commitment you have with teaching safe water experiences for our kids.
Last review, I voiced some things that were bothering me. You guys reached out to me and to go to that effort really meant a lot. I have noticed some positive changes. A certain person was pretty resentful, but I think she's gotten over it. I never meant to be a problem, but that's what I get, I guess. I don't think I'm an unreasonable person. Anyways, it does seem like every class is led by someone different and that's a good thing, I think. Working with Sam and Taylor have been great. They both provide great feedback and even a little manipulation(i.e. 'bend your arm like this') and so forth. I think I just need to give Anna a chance- more time. My only recommendation is more feedback. You never can give too much. With every lap we make, there's always room for improvement and there have been times they've pointed at me and said go. I swim the 30ft, or whatever then turn and look at them for feedback and they stare at me like a deer in headlights. Was that good or an absolute mess? I need to know. I'm a very uncoordinated person, so, for me, this has been a humongous exercise in coordination, which is a very good thing. So, that's my only recommendation is feedback, feedback, feedback. Otherwise, I've been having a great time. I have really enjoyed my last few classes and I do think I'm starting get the bug. I've wanted to do this for decades and I look forward to my classes now. Thank you all.
