They have added a few more group classes and it seems that more people coming ( new faces )
even in the open time frames more and difference folks are using the equipment!!
I'm a new member here in Glenwood. I've had a great experience with Emily showing me how to use the machines. I can tell I'm getting stronger. I like the silver sneakers classas well.
I'm getting into good habits in the use of the YMCA.
I'm 82 and feel great with the exercising for health reasons.
Swimming is my primary exercise currently. I appreciate the full body exercise with little impact on my joints. At 75 it’s important to reduce the stress while maintaining a good exercise program. The pool hours are great for me, I can get a good workout between 7:30 and 8:30 on M/W/F. Thank you.
I love my family's new membership. My youngest daughter loves playing basketball with her team and in the open gym. She also loves the pool. My oldest loves being able to go to the gym for a workout or use the open gym for volleyball practice with friends.
I love Sharon's water aerobics class. I attend 2 nights a week. Sharon is an amazing instructor. She's committed to offering a class that is fun, engaging, varied each class. She is passionate about helping each person understand the moves and be able to do them as best as they can. She offers alternative moves for folks with limitations or injury. She's really the best, ever.
We like the Sit and Fit program and teachers, really like the staff that we know. Recomended y0u guys to a lady on facebook for a couple of classes that I was pretty sure you guys did. She commented that she had called you guys.
