Natasha was so nice and amazing at doing my hair. I have super thick and long hair and usually people cannot do a blowout super good/ fast on it, but she did it in under an hour and it looked so amazing! All of the staff was so welcoming and kind.

I had my first visit to Mitchell’s Salon & Spa in Rookwood today and treated myself to a hot stone massage with Isaiah and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we began, Isaiah was incredibly professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and areas of tension. As a first-time client, feeling comfortable and safe was important to me, and he immediately created an environment where I could completely relax and trust the process. The hot stone massage itself was amazing and the warmth of the stones combined with Isaiah’s technique helped melt away tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The deep, soothing heat felt incredible on my tired muscles, and by the end of the session I felt calmer, lighter, and more relaxed than I have in a long time. This was such a wonderful first experience at Mitchell’s, and Isaiah’s skill, professionalism, and calming presence made it unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic and relaxing massage. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
