I like the self check in process. Would be even better if I could do self check out. I also love to schedule myself online. I really only talk with my hairdresser Hailey who is wonderful with great customer service. Would be great if she just had a computer I could put my card into like a restaurant.

I have been going to Lorna for my brows, lashes and facials for a couple of years now. She’s professional, prompt, and offers great suggestions any time I inquire about services or products that may continue to enhance my skin. After going to her, I began to receive compliments from others on the texture and appearance of my skin. Lorna helped to set me up with an at-home regimen using products that I like, and that help me get the results I need. I will continue to see Lorna for my facials, brows and lashes, and I can highly recommend her!
