Kaitlyn is delightful! She is professional. She has a way of making you feel like you deserve the best care during your appointment with her. I leave each time with a new attitude! I just attended a wedding and had several people ask about my skin. And for a 70 year old that’s saying something. I owe it to the facials received at Mitchell’s from Kaitlyn. You Kenwood location is welcoming with a friendly staff. The meditation room is so nice! Although you could use some magazines. There is ONE and it’s been there for months.

I saw Kiley from the apprenticeship program and she was awesome. I know I can be very specific with what I want when it comes to my hair. She listened to each of the things I suggested and came up with an amazing look for me. She is going to be one heck of a stylist.

I've been going to Mitchell's for several years and have always had good experiences, but my most recent facial with Kaitlynd was by far the best. She put in noticeable effort to ensure the treatment was thorough and truly deep-cleaned my pores—I could actually feel it working. The same goes for the foot massage; it wasn’t timid at all and was incredibly relaxing. From now on, I’ll definitely be booking only with her. It was the perfect experience and exactly what I am looking every time :)

Grace was great with my color. She really nailed it. She listened to me and discussed the products Mitchell’s sells, making excellent suggestions for some of the issues I mentioned regarding my hair as I age. She also had a very warm and polite demeanor. I asked for Chris to cut my hair because I don’t think one can get better than Chris Gilbert. The cut is perfect, and I feel like I’m picky. My hair has never looked better.
