Tim is an expert massage therapist. I have been getting deep tissue massages from him about once a month to help loosen tight muscles/tendons from work tension. He is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to.
I have standing appointments with Lindsey at the West Chester location. My husband came with me to this appointment for a medical pedicure. He liked it so much, he now has standing appointments with Peyton.

I was very happy to get my eyebrow waxing appointment on short notice. Lexi was prompt and professional. HOWEVER, we discussed the pre-service "questionnaire" and that it made sense to know what clients have done/not done beforehand. So the question is why doesn't the hair treatment side do this? On my last color/highlight appointment 8-2023?, the color was GREAT, but it really damaged my hair, where it was falling out. When I made the appointment last month for new highlights, it came up by accident that I had used "Sun-In" recently. That rendered my hair unable to highlight, until the sun-in treated parts grew out....probably a year! Well that explained why my hair was so damaged on the previous appointment.
I truly don't understand why there isn't a questionnaire on the hair treatment side to prevent this type of issue. It would have saved me a lot of grief and I wouldn't have been using the Sun-in product, if I had known this.
