Mandy is such a knowledgeable masseuse!! I get the hour massage from her as often as I can. She works her way through the muscles of the body and especially works on the ones that are weak. It is a great healthy experience that everyone needs.

Overall, the experience at Mitchell's West Chester is quite positive. Everyone from those individuals at the Front Desk to my stylist are all very customer forward and friendly. I have used several other salon's in the area and left because I felt like an outsider. At one salon, the stylist was so unfriendly, I just did not feel comfortable. At the Mitchell's in Tri County, the stylist was great, but she would not allow me to try different styles. It is amazing how difficult it is to find a good/great stylist that knows what she is doing, is pleasant to be around for a few hours and is willing to try different approaches to hair styling. I'm a bit hesitant to say more as then this place will be even more difficult to get an appointment in. Great place, and nice place to sit and relax.

I completely trust three people in the West Chester location. I have an autoimmune disease and then went through breast cancer. As you know medication has effects on your hair, nails and skin. Well Tasha Johnson could not have been more wonderful to me. From washing and braiding my hair when I could not wash it. To ensuring that the day before every surgery she would wash it and braid it so I would not have to worry about it. To continuing to take care of me all the time. My nails are always taken care of by Marshae Jones dealing with all of the new tenderness and nail dryness and changes.. while making sure I was not moving in a way that was not comfortable. She continues to take care of me as well. Then Kristen Snow helped me relax and work through all of the skin dryness. She helped me relax more than she will know. She helped me find skin care and make up that works on my "new" skin. The three ladies did and continue to do more for my healing and well being than they will ever know. I hope Mitchell's understands the diamonds they have in these three ladies.
