I am always extremely pleased with Kim and the attention and time she takes with me at my appointments. She is truly a professional and puts up with my chatter as well. I have a recurring issue with something and she patiently corrects it each time. She is also good about suggesting things that might help and we also take care of upcoming appointments while I am still with her. She is more than someone who does my nails, she is a friend.

The massage I had was awesome, needed this therapeutic deep tissue emensley. I had problems with a gift certificate and the front desk help, manager at WestChester and then the corporate manager were very helpful and patient with me as it was a very frustrating situation.
