Present hangar tenet and long time operator on the field. The staff at Modern has always been on their game especially during busy periods. Do job to big. Advance notice is always helpful but they will get the job done!

I can't say enough good things about Modern Aviation East at FRG. The service is consistently outstanding, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. A special thank you to Nathaly, the Customer Service Supervisor, who is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She truly makes you feel valued from the moment you arrive. Aleem, the General Manager, leads an exceptional team and clearly takes pride in providing first-class customer service. It's the little touches that set Modern Aviation East apart—like offering ice cream on hot summer days. It's a thoughtful gesture that makes a great experience even better. If you're flying through FRG and looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Modern Aviation East. They consistently exceed expectations!

Lex Henao provided the best customer service. I was impressed with the service he provided from walking in the FBO door to guiding me to the aircraft location, closing my billing, and to the ramp parking spot. We had an amazing experience with the Modern team at FRG during the World Cup final. They were slammed, seemingly understaffed but still remained extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered a pizza for our passengers whose catering did not make it during the chaos of post-game ATC changes. These guys were awesome and deserve a bonus of some kind

I have to say the attention given and the professional conduct of service has probably the best I have experienced in my 36 year as a pilot both in the airlines and now corporate flying. Aleem and Zain Went above and beyond with knowing what we needed and within minutes providing resolution to our requests. Either Modern Aviation provides top notch customer training or both Aleem and Zain are above the cut. Looking forward to using your FBO’s if this is SOP in company culture.
