We had an amazing experience with the Modern team at FRG during the World Cup final. They were slammed, seemingly understaffed but still remained extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered a pizza for our passengers whose catering did not make it during the chaos of post-game ATC changes. These guys were awesome and deserve a bonus of some kind

I have to say the attention given and the professional conduct of service has probably the best I have experienced in my 36 year as a pilot both in the airlines and now corporate flying. Aleem and Zain Went above and beyond with knowing what we needed and within minutes providing resolution to our requests. Either Modern Aviation provides top notch customer training or both Aleem and Zain are above the cut. Looking forward to using your FBO’s if this is SOP in company culture.

Just want to drop a line about Stephanie Annunziata. She is a very helpful and willing employee. We made a mistake and were charged a fee that wasnt “meant to be” but it was our mistake. She managed to talk to her supervisor and GM and they were able refund us even though it was NOTA REFUNDABLE. I highly appreciate these extra miles. They make me want to go back any time! Thank you
